Dr Babak Moharrami is the principal dentist and owner of BMB Dental Clinic. He graduated from Qazvin University, Iran in 2000. After 2 years of practicing in a dental clinic in Tehran, Iran, he established his own dental practice. For 5 years  he had the chance to gain the most valuable experience in dentistry and dental practice management before he moved to Australia in 2007.

2007 and 2008 were the most challenging years as he sat for the biggest dental exam in Australia, The ADC (Australian Dental Council) exam. In 2008 he successfully passed the exam and started his profession as a Dentist in Fairfield Dental Healthcare Clinic in Fairfield, NSW.

After more than 3 years work in Fairfield and acquiring lots of knowledge and experience about dentistry in Australia, he opened his own Dental clinic “BMB Dental Clinic” , in December 2011 in Mona vale.

Until August 2013 while still working in Fairfield part time, he was trying to develop and improve his dental practice in Mona vale. Thanks to people who trusted him, he is now able to work full time in BMB Dental Clinic to provide a very different experience of dental treatments to his patients.

He loves continuous education and attended many courses and seminars, after his graduation, overseas and in Australia. This keeps him up to date and that is one of the key factors of success in his career.

He is very excited to be establishing a family dental practice of his own and looks forward to be part of the Mona vale community. He is very passionate about providing high quality dental care and helping individuals to improve the quality of their lives, whether through providing preventive and restorative care, getting patients out of dental pain or by improving smile and confidence through cosmetic dental treatments.

His first rule in life is honesty and truthfulness and this is what his patients always see its reflection on his professional life as well. He always tries to provide the best treatment and his main concern is always patient’s benefit. He considers himself a very gentle dentist as he gets that compliment all the time from his patients.From the opening of the clinic, He had many referrals from other patients, recommending him to their family members or friends which he refers to that as his best achievement ever.

Dr Francys De Sousa, originally from Venezuela, graduated from Santa Maria University with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2015. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr De Sousa moved to Australia to further her career, where she earned her Australian qualifications from ADC Melbourne. She is also a qualified Dental Technician and spent time at The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne.

Dr De Sousa strives to find the safest and least invasive treatments possible in each situation, ensuring healthy and beautiful smiles for her patients. She enjoys every aspect of dentistry and is passionate about providing patients with the best dental care possible.

Due to her compassionate nature and love for dental science, she has worked in many public hospitals and rural areas like the indigenous comunities in the Amazon. Dr De Sousa has also completed hundreds of hours of community service, as she loves helping patients and working with children.

In her personal life, Dr De Sousa loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys hiking, going to the gym and travelling.
