Cleaning your clear aligner/invisalign trays is very important. You just need to wash them with your brush under the tap water, or use a small amount of soap if needed (be sure to rinse thoroughly). There are also some products you can buy from a chemist to clean and disinfect them. This often isn't necessary as you change aligners weekly.
