Insurance and Health Funds

We aim to support access to dental care by offering electronic claiming through HICAPS. Patients are asked to bring their health fund card to appointments to enable on-the-spot claiming where available.

We have arrangements with a range of private health funds, including Medibank and nib, as well as AAMI, Qantas Health Insurance, APIA, Suncorp and GU Health. Patients should check with their individual health fund to understand their level of cover and any out-of-pocket costs.

Services may be provided under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) for eligible patients. This scheme provides benefits for certain dental services over a two-year period. Eligibility is determined by Services Australia. For further information, please contact Medicare or Centrelink.
